In a freak accident, police scientist Barry Allen is struck by lightning and doused in chemicals. Barry discovers that this accident has made him the fastest man alive, able to move at nearly the speed of sound. With the help of STAR Labs scientist Tina McGee, he learns to control his powers...but when his older brother Jay (a motorcycle cop) is killed in the line of duty, Barry asks Tina o make him a special costume that can withstand the rigors of hyperspeed travel. He sets forth to clean up the streets of Central City as The Flash.
In Moscow, Blade chases a vampire and discovers that Marcus Van Sciver is in Detroit. Meanwhile in Detroit, the military Krista Starr returns home seeking out her twin brother Zack Starr. When the family is informed that Zack was found dead, Krista identifies the corpse and asks information to the corrupt detective Det. Brian Boone that is associated to Marcus Van Sciver, supplying prostitutes to feed his vampires. Krista meets Blade and works together with him trying to catch Marcus. However, she exposes herself trying to kill Marcus, and is abducted by the evil vampire.
Los 80 es una serie de televisión Chilena , producida por Canal 13 junto a Wood Producciones con motivo del proyecto para la celebración del Bicentenario del país. La historia se sitúa entre los años 1982 y 1987, en pleno Régimen Militar, y gira en torno a los diversos eventos históricos ocurrido en los años 1980, y que marcaron al país dejando un legado histórico imborrable, como por ejemplo la gran crisis económica de esos años y el terremoto ocurrido el año 1985 en Santiago de Chile. Todos estos sucesos son mostrados y narrados desde la realidad de una familia de clase media típica del Chile de esos años y como vivieron la realidad de esa década.
